Buschmann Perfect Deep Bender DXL Series

The Buschmann Perfect Deep Bender DXL Series is designed for bending already profiled sheet metal and forming large, deep bends with improved clearance and control.

A 45 mm space between the axles allows the tool to work with previously formed profiles up to 40 mm high. The spacing between the axles can be adjusted to suit different material thicknesses.

The double-guide construction and specially designed handle provide greater stability when forming flashings and double standing seam profiles. A bending roller positioned at a 10° angle helps prevent scratching and improves the quality of the finished bend.
