Buschmann Double Falz Seamer

The Buschmann Double Falz Seamer is a professional drill-powered standing seam roofing tool designed to close single- and double-lock standing seams in one operation. Engineered for speed, portability, and consistent results, it reaches seaming speeds of up to 30 m/min, making it an excellent solution for professional roofing crews working on large standing seam projects.

The tool sits directly on top of the seam and can be attached or removed at any point along the panel. Its open housing design gives the operator a clear view of the seaming process while working. It is suitable for standard standing seam profiles with heights of 25 mm, 32 mm, and 38 mm (1", 1.25", and 1.5"), provided the maximum profile width does not exceed 13 mm (1/2").

For single-stage seaming, rollers 4 and 5 can be removed. Roller 4 is marked in gold and Roller 5 is marked in red for quick and easy identification.
